Having grown up on farms we have always loved the open spaces. On a small parcel of land, we wanted something that would keep us busy outside of the normal working week. Sheep looked to fit the bill. Not wanting the high maintenance of wool and flystrike, White Dorpers seemed like the obvious choice, meat sheep without the hassles of wool. Low maintenance, personable, easily managed, efficient feed converters, great mothers and not the "fence-terrors" we had been warned about. In 2022 we took an opportunity and purchased an established stud. It was relocated to Canowindra in the NSW Central Tablelands. Running a boutique flock stud ewes we have continued breeding high quality rams and ewes for both stud and commercial production, always looking to improve.
